At Anna-Berg, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
